DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Demonstrated experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent or Construction Superintendent with a strong track record in managing a diverse range of projects to include commercial, multi-family, and ultra luxury residential properties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
- Solid background of managing projects from start to finish, with expertise in budgeting, scheduling and maintaining the highest standard of quality.
- Experience with monitoring and review of project plans, schedule, and budget.
- Proven ability to handle inspections, project reporting and directly address any issues or changes without delay to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular site inspection and implementation of corrective action as needed.
- 30-hour OSHA certification a plus.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills with a detail-oriented, proactive management style and a ‘Make-it-Happen’ attitude.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience
